By submitting content, you grant OnlyReal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Analyze (including AI-assisted analysis)

  • Distribute within the platform

You represent that:

  • You have the rights to post the content.

  • Your content does not violate laws or infringe on third-party rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Platform Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.

  • Attempt to manipulate platform systems.

  • Interfere with platform security or infrastructure.

  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform.

We reserve discretion to enforce these standards.

7. AI-Assisted Analysis

OnlyReal may use artificial intelligence tools to:

  • Analyze aggregate data

  • Detect duplicate or overlapping content

  • Provide summarized insights

AI tools assist platform functionality but do not override user-generated content without user action.

8. Marketplace & Payments (If Launched)

If marketplace or paid features are introduced:

  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

  • OnlyReal does not store full payment credentials.

  • Users are responsible for lawful transactions.

  • We may implement identity and fraud prevention measures.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform design, software, branding, and proprietary systems are owned by Only Real LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer platform technology.

  • Use platform branding without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Absolute security

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Real LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • User-generated content disputes

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to OnlyReal (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Only Real LLC from claims arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of third-party rights

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves.
