These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Only Real LLC (“OnlyReal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the OnlyReal website or platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

1. Overview

OnlyReal operates a trust-first social platform designed to promote authentic participation, responsible identity practices, and meaningful community engagement.

These Terms apply to:

  • the OnlyReal website

  • waitlist and contact forms

  • OnlyReal web and mobile applications

  • community participation features

  • marketplace features (if introduced)

  • paid subscription services (if introduced)

2. Eligibility

To use OnlyReal services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old unless supervised family features are formally introduced.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

OnlyReal reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

3. One Account Per Individual

OnlyReal is designed to promote authentic participation.

Each individual may maintain only one personal account unless explicitly authorized by OnlyReal.

You agree not to:

  • create duplicate accounts

  • impersonate another individual

  • use false identity information

  • attempt to bypass account restrictions

Accounts created in violation of these rules may be suspended or removed.

4. Identity Verification

To maintain platform integrity, OnlyReal may require identity verification for certain features or account access.

Verification may be conducted through secure third-party verification providers integrated into the platform.

By using OnlyReal services, you agree that:

  • OnlyReal may request identity verification

  • certain features may require verification

  • failure to complete required verification may limit functionality

  • verification outcomes may affect account privileges

Verification procedures may evolve as platform safeguards improve.

5. SMS and Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number within the OnlyReal application and initiating a verification or security-related action, you consent to receive SMS messages from OnlyReal.

OnlyReal sends SMS messages strictly for transactional authentication and account security purposes. These messages may include one-time passcodes (OTP) used to verify your identity.

Messages are sent only when you take a direct action within the application, such as account registration, login verification, or identity confirmation prior to sensitive account actions including sensitive account actions such as account deletion.

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

OnlyReal does not use SMS messages for marketing, promotions, offers, or advertising.

SMS messages are not used for general notifications or non-security communications.

6. Platform Integrity Enforcement

OnlyReal reserves the right to investigate activity that threatens platform integrity, including:

  • duplicate or coordinated accounts

  • fraudulent identity behavior

  • attempts to bypass verification systems

  • automated or abusive activity

  • manipulation of platform features

OnlyReal may use security signals and automated systems to detect suspicious behavior.

Enforcement actions may include:

  • account restrictions

  • identity verification requests

  • suspension or removal of accounts

  • limitation of platform functionality

These actions may be taken to protect the community and maintain platform trust.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and submit to OnlyReal.

By submitting content, you grant OnlyReal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • host

  • store

  • display

  • distribute within the platform

  • analyze (including AI-assisted analysis)

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You represent that:

  • you have the rights necessary to publish the content

  • your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

OnlyReal may remove content that violates these Terms or threatens platform integrity.

8. Platform Conduct

You agree not to:

  • post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content

  • attempt to manipulate platform systems

  • interfere with platform infrastructure or security

  • scrape or extract platform data without authorization

  • reverse-engineer platform technology

OnlyReal reserves discretion to enforce these standards.

9. Artificial Intelligence Tools

OnlyReal may use artificial intelligence systems to support platform functionality.

These systems may assist with:

  • detecting duplicate or suspicious accounts

  • identifying platform abuse

  • analyzing aggregate data trends

  • assisting moderation review processes

AI systems operate as support tools and do not independently override user content without human oversight.

10. Marketplace & Payments (If Introduced)

If OnlyReal introduces marketplace or paid subscription features:

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

OnlyReal does not store full payment credentials.

Users are responsible for lawful transactions conducted through the platform.

OnlyReal may implement fraud prevention and identity verification measures for payment activity.

Accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive transactions may be suspended.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform design, software, branding, algorithms, and proprietary systems are owned by Only Real LLC.

You may not:

  • copy or reproduce platform technology

  • reverse engineer the platform

  • use OnlyReal branding without permission

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information.

13. Termination

OnlyReal may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • you attempt to undermine platform integrity

  • required verification cannot be completed

  • we determine termination is necessary to protect users or the platform

Termination may include:

  • removal of content

  • suspension of platform access

  • restriction of future account creation

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

OnlyReal services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service

  • error-free operation

  • absolute security

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyReal disclaims all warranties.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Real LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of data

  • loss of profits

  • disputes arising from user-generated content

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • $100, or

  • the amount paid by you to OnlyReal in the preceding 12 months.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Only Real LLC from claims arising from:

  • your content

  • your misuse of the platform

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your violation of third-party rights

17. Modifications

OnlyReal may update these Terms as the platform evolves.

Updated Terms will become effective upon posting with a revised Effective Date.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
