OnlyReal Child Safety & Anti-Exploitation Policy

OnlyReal is committed to maintaining a safe, trusted, and accountable environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any behavior that endangers minors.

Our platform is built on the principle of one person, one account, rooted in verified identity and accountability, which helps reduce anonymous abuse and strengthens user safety.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

OnlyReal strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Grooming, coercion, or manipulation of minors

  • Sexualization of minors in any form

  • Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes

  • Any attempt to share, distribute, or request exploitative content involving minors

Any violation of this policy results in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Proactive Safety Approach

OnlyReal incorporates safety into the core design of the platform:

  • Identity-based accounts: Users are encouraged to verify their identity to gain full platform access

  • Reduced anonymity: Limits the ability to create abusive or exploitative accounts

  • Accountability-first model: Behavior is tied to a persistent identity framework

  • Content moderation systems: Used to detect and review harmful or suspicious activity

3. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement

We actively monitor and respond to violations using:

  • Automated detection systems

  • User reporting tools

  • Manual moderation review

When CSAE-related content or behavior is identified:

  • Content is immediately removed

  • Accounts are suspended or permanently banned

  • Associated accounts may also be reviewed and restricted

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected violations directly within the app or by contacting us:

  • Description of the concern

  • Relevant usernames or profiles

  • Any supporting details

We prioritize and review all child safety reports urgently.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

OnlyReal complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations.

Where required, we report confirmed cases of CSAM and CSAE to appropriate authorities, including organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving child safety.

Our policies align with applicable laws and standards, including:

  • U.S. child protection laws (including the PROTECT Act)

  • Global anti-exploitation frameworks and reporting obligations

  • Platform safety requirements established by app marketplaces

OnlyReal continuously evaluates and strengthens its safety systems, policies, and enforcement practices to better protect users and prevent exploitation.

This policy applies to all users, content, and interactions on OnlyReal, including:

  • Posts and comments

  • Messaging and group interactions

  • Profile content

  • Any user-generated media

9. Enforcement Summary

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate content removal

  • Permanent account termination

  • Loss of platform access

  • Reporting to law enforcement

This policy is publicly available in accordance with Google Play Child Safety Standards requirements
