OnlyReal Child Safety & Anti-Exploitation Policy

OnlyReal is committed to maintaining a safe, trusted, and accountable environment for everyone who uses our services. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any behavior that endangers minors.

Our services are built on the principle of one person, one account. Every account verifies a real phone number, and the OnlyReal platform app additionally verifies identity. Every photo and video captured with our apps carries tamper-evident provenance and is scanned before it is stored. Together these reduce anonymous abuse and strengthen accountability.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

OnlyReal strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving:

  • child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • grooming, coercion, or manipulation of minors

  • sexualization of minors in any form, including content created or altered to depict a minor

  • solicitation of minors for sexual purposes

  • any attempt to share, distribute, or request exploitative content involving minors

Any violation of this policy results in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Proactive Safety Approach

OnlyReal builds safety into the design of both of its apps, OnlyReal Photo & Video Capture and the OnlyReal platform app:

  • Age gate. Both apps require a date of birth at sign-up and refuse accounts for anyone under 13. Members under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission.

  • Verified accounts. Every account verifies a mobile phone number, and one number can belong to only one account. The OnlyReal platform app additionally requires government-ID identity verification before its community features are available.

  • Reduced anonymity. Behavior is tied to a persistent, verified identity, limiting the ability to create abusive or exploitative accounts.

  • Scanning at upload. Every photo and video is scanned automatically before it becomes available, including automated image analysis and, where a hash-matching service is available to us, matching against databases of known child sexual abuse material.

  • Human review. Items an automated system flags are held, unchanged, for review by a trained person. A confirmed match against known child sexual abuse material is removed and reported automatically without waiting for review.

  • Text checks. On the OnlyReal platform app, messages, posts, and comments are checked automatically, and clearly violating direct messages are not delivered.

  • Provenance. Captures carry cryptographic evidence of their origin, which helps identify the account that produced prohibited material.

3. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement

We detect and respond to violations using automated scanning at upload, user reports, and manual moderation review. When CSAE-related content or behavior is identified, the content is removed, the account is permanently banned, associated accounts may be reviewed and restricted, and confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Anyone can report a child-safety concern by emailing safety@only-real.app. In the OnlyReal platform app, every post, comment, and member can also be reported from where you encounter them; reports reach a real person, and the person you report is never told it was you.

Reports should include a description of the concern, the relevant usernames, profiles, or capture reference codes, and any supporting details. We prioritize and review all child-safety reports urgently. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

OnlyReal complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations. Where required, we report confirmed cases of CSAM and CSAE to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC, and we preserve relevant records as the law requires. We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving child safety.

6. Legal Compliance

Our policies align with applicable laws and standards, including United States child protection laws (including the PROTECT Act), global anti-exploitation frameworks and reporting obligations, and the child-safety requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

7. Continuous Improvement

OnlyReal continuously evaluates and strengthens its safety systems, policies, and enforcement practices to better protect users and prevent exploitation.

8. Scope

This policy applies to all users, content, and interactions across all OnlyReal services, including the OnlyReal Photo & Video Capture app, the OnlyReal platform app, and the OnlyReal website. It covers all captured photos and videos, stamped copies, profile content, and, where offered, posts, comments, messaging, and group interactions.

9. Enforcement Summary

Violations of this policy result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, loss of access to all OnlyReal services, and reporting to law enforcement.

This policy is publicly available in accordance with Google Play Child Safety Standards requirements.
